All hosted events will take place at the Henderson Beach Resort & Spa in Destin, FL.

Wednesday, October 23
All Day                          Attendees travel to Florida
                                     Plan your flight for arrival at the hotel by/before 3:00pm EST
3:00pm – 4:00pm         Event Registration ~ Sunset Terrace
4:30pm – 7:30pm         Welcome Reception & Dinner ~ Sunset Terrace & Grand Piazza 
7:30pm – 9:00pm         Bonfire 

Thursday, October 24
7:30am – 8:30am         Hosted Breakfast ~ Sunset Terrace
8:00am – 12:15pm       Business Meetings ~ Crystal 1 & 2
12:15pm – 5:30pm       Free Time ("Grab & Go" lunches provided)
5:30pm – 10:00pm       Cocktails & Dinner ~ Beachside West Deck & Grand Lawn

Friday, October 25
8:00am – 9:00am         Hosted Breakfast  ~ Sunset Terrace
9:00am – 12:30pm       General Session & Adjournment ~ Crystal 1 & 2
12:30pm                       Departures to home cities
