                                    Plan flights to arrive at the hotel before/by 4:30pm CST

Tuesday, February 4
7:00am – 8:00am         Hosted Breakfast ~ National Ballroom IV
8:00am – 12:00pm       Business Meetings ~ National Ballroom V & VI
12:00pm – 1:00pm       Hosted Lunch ~ National Ballroom IV
1:00pm – 5:00pm         Business Meetings ~ National Ballroom V & VI
6:00pm – 10:00pm       Cocktails & Dinner ~ Little Daisy Tiffany & Private Patio

Wednesday, February 5
7:00am – 8:00am         Hosted Breakfast ~ National Ballroom IV
